Here are a few simple steps to take in order to reset your password and Log in to our system:
An employee profile can be reset by inputting a username for an employee in question and pressing "Forgot Password" - this would send a reset password link to the relevant email address.
If you are unsure what your username is because it is not always your email, please get in touch with your line manager to check your profile.
If a site manager would like to understand what a particular username to assist their employee, this can be seen by accessing an employee's profile page under the "Summary" tab. An example for your reference:
Please note in the example above their username is different to email address.
They will also need to make sure that your "Can Login" tick box is ticked - if left unticked you will be unable to reset your password or log in.
Enter your email address or username where you would normally login.
Click ‘Forgotten Password’.
This will trigger an email to be sent to your email address.

View the email in your inbox. Copy the reset key we have included. Follow the link.

Follow the criteria for any new password to be set, seen below, and click ‘Reset’.
At least 8 characters long.
Contains a mixture of numbers, upper and lowercase letters.
No special characters included.

‘Click here to login' and enter your email address followed by the newly set password to log in.
