When the activating employee setting is enabled it prevents the employee from being scheduled without having a level 5 confirm the relevant paperwork has been completed.
Process: a new employee is created within S4labour > Contracts, RTW is completed> Pushed through to the level 5's activation list > Level 5 can download and check all the information and activate the employee> this employee can them be scheduled.
A 'key' icon will be sat on the employee card showing that the employee isn't currently activated.
