Following on from the United Kingdom leaving the E.U., additional Right To Work burdens have been placed on U.K employers. As such a number of updates have been made to the H.R system.
- The link to the Home Office has been updated, where you can find further advice on Right To Work Legislation and requirements.
- An updated list of E.U. specific Right to work requirements. For employees working from the EU, you need to recheck the right to work of those individuals who have time-limited permission to work in the UK. This should occur when their previous permission comes to an end. The new checklist is designed to prevent people from overstaying their immigration leave where this is time-limited.
- An update to the document upload list, to support the ability to upload multiple documents required.
