S4labour offers multiple role-specific apps.
Each app is designed to provide a streamlined experience tailored to the tasks and responsibilities of its intended role. This ensures that every user has the right tools for their job, making navigation simpler and workflows more efficient.
1. S4 Connect - Employee App
The app keeps teams/employees connected:
- Employees own their onboarding and the ongoing management of their data and documents.
- Employees can upload their documents through the app.
- Employees can clock in/out (tap in/out) to their shifts.
- Employees can view their accrued holiday and booked holiday, including pending and confirmed requests.
- Employees have 24/7 visibility of published shifts, as well as who else is on shift on the days worked.
Employees can request to be ‘not available’ (NA) for half a day or a full day and be marked as N/A on the rota. Managers can choose to approve or reject these requests on their HR portal on the desktop.
2. S4 Manage - Manager App
The app to keep managers in control - on the go:
- View and analyse site performance in real-time
- Seamlessly amend and update staff rotas as operational needs evolve
- Record and manage staff absences with ease
3. S4 Insights - Head Office App
The app for head office and area managers to see essential performance insights:
- View and analyse organisational performance in real time.
- Seamlessly report on Slack, Stress and Spot-on figures for every site in your organisation.
- Analyse historic weeks, manage the current week and plan the future.
