How do I TAP in and out on S4 TAPs (mobile T&A)?

To successfully clock in and out, please ensure that the following is actioned:

1. Phone location services are activated.
2. S4 TAPs has access to the location services. To check this please go to Settings --> App Settings and select S4 TAPs and then ensure that access to location is given.

Following this, you can simply tap the blue button to TAP In or Out, marking the start or end of your shift accordingly. This will then be presented to your manager to sign off and confirm.

*As the TAPS App relies on location data, you will require signal for you to be able to login successfully.

If you are trying to TAP in/out and are on site however the system does not recognise as you being on site:

1. Open Google Maps: Launch the Google Maps application on your device.

2. Check Your Location: Verify the location shown on Google Maps to ensure it accurately reflects your current on-site position. If the location is not accurate, consider refreshing the app or allowing a few moments for it to update.

3. Ensure On-Site Status: Confirm that Google Maps indicates you are at the designated on-site location. This confirmation ensures alignment between your physical presence and the location registered by the phone.

4. Attempt Access: Once you've confirmed your on-site status on Google Maps, reattempt to tap in again within S4 TAPs.
