Users with access to multiple sites can now access their operational dashboard while on the move.
S4 Insight allows Level 4 + 5 users to view a summary of their organisational, or regional, performance.
The home page presents the combined labour spend, revenue, and deployment figures for all sites currently selected.
*Users can only select sites allocated to their user profile
Users can compare current Sales figures with those captured Last Year, those predicted in the budget, and those forecast prior to the week’s start.
Labour cost can be compared to the budgeted spend, and the forecast spend.
The coloured bar breaks down how effectively hours have been deployed in the chosen week.
Tapping on button labelled ‘W/C date’ allows the user to select from the following weeks:
- Last week
- Current week
- Next week
- Next week +1
- Next week +2
Tapping on the button labelled ‘Sites’ allows the user to add or remove sites from the amalgamated figures shown on the home page.
A site-specific breakdown of these same figures can be seen for each site included by tapping site along the bottom of the application.
Tapping on any individual site will display the variances listed above for that site specifically.
Tapping ‘More’ allows the user to access settings. This is where the Theme can be switched from ‘Light’ to ‘Dark’ mode.
Users can also log out from this section.
