What is the S4 Insight app?
Users with access to multiple sites can now access their operational dashboard while on the move.
S4 Insight allows Level 4 + 5 users to view a summary of their organisational, or regional, performance.
To download the app, scan one of the QR codes:
Overview of Combined Site Performance | Home Page
The figures presented on the home page show aggregated performance of sales and labour for the selected week and the selected sites.
Use the calendar icon/week commencing selector to navigate to see another week
To change the sites that are included in the analysis, utilise the sites selector in the top right of the screen
Sales
The sales section shows:
- Actual sales (at the top)
- Budget sales, and actual sales % variance to budget
- Forecast sales, and actual sales % variance to forecast
- Last year's sales, and actual sales % variance to last year
Labour
The labour section shows
- Actual labour spend
- Budgeted labour spend, and actual labour % variance to budget
- Forecast labour spend, and actual labour % variance to forecast
- Slack stress and spot on totals for the sites
Individual Site Performance | Sites Page
Site-specific breakdowns of the sales and labour performance figures can be accessed through the Sites option on the bottom menu bar.
- Summary information by site is displayed
- Tapping on any individual site will display the detailed performance information for that site.
Settings | More Page
Tapping ‘More’ allows the user to access settings. This is where the Theme can be switched from ‘Light’ to ‘Dark’ mode.
Users can also log out from this section.

Q: I cannot see all my sites in the site menu, how do I add more?
A: A Level 5 user will be able to add the sites to your profile, please reach out to them within your organisation. See more details here: I need to change the sites the user has access to
