It is possible to accidentally lock a day or an entire week in the rota, particularly for dates in the past.
Due to the impact that unlocking a rota can have on payroll, such as changes to employee hours and labour costs, this action cannot be completed locally.
To unlock a rota, you will need to contact your Head Office team. A Level 5 user within Head Office has the required permissions to unlock the rota for you.
Please note that the S4 Support team is unable to unlock rotas on your behalf.
