A new safeguard has been introduced to help managers identify potentially excessive shift lengths before approving them.

When entering a shift that exceeds 13 hours, the system displays a warning prompting users to review the entry.

Important Rules

• Only shifts longer than 13 hours trigger the warning
• A shift of exactly 13 hours will not trigger the popup
• The warning is informational only and does not block approval
• Actions apply to each selected shift individually that exceeds 13 hours.
• To bypass the warning, close the popup using the “X”
