Big TAPs is the S4labour Time and Attendance (T&A) functionality. Please see below the details on how to use the functionality correctly.
- Dedicated Big TAPs Credentials: a dedicated level 2 users needs to be created by the head office to use and a default site for the user needs to be set as the site where the tablet will be located.

Start of Day Routine: At the beginning of each day, user should log in to their designated tablet using a dedicated user created by head office. This ensures that the tablet is securely connected to the system servers and ready for operation.

End of Day Procedure: At the end of the day, users must log out of the Big Taps app on the tablet to maintain data security and system integrity.

Importance of Daily Logins: Regular logging in and out is crucial to ensure that data transmission between the tablet and system servers occurs seamlessly. Failure to log out and log back in may result in data transmission issues.

Employees TAP in using unique pin code: Team members can use their unique pin code as they arrive for a shift. Employees can find their pin in the ‘My Profile’ section of their profile on both the app and desktop version.

The team member confirms they are the correct employee by pressing the big blue ‘Tap in’ button. Once the employee has tapped in, the screen will reset ready for the next employee.
- At the end of the shift the employee will be able to enter their code again and be able to tap out by pressing the "Tap out" button.
