National Minimum and Living Wage (NMW/NLW)

Changes in the NMW/NLW are updated automatically in S4labour for any hourly employees.

These updates occur 4 weeks in advance of a person’s birthday and the rate of pay will be updated at the beginning of the week containing that birthday.

S4labour will not let you schedule a rate of pay lower than these rates when amending an employee's pay setup or creating an employee. The system will flag up if an employee is earning less than minimum wage.
