If you have uploaded a document to the wrong employee’s profile, or uploaded an incorrect document, you can remove it from the system by following these steps:
- Access the Employee Profile
- Hover over the Employee icon.
- Click View All Employees.
- Select the relevant employee profile.
- Navigate to the Documents Tab
- Open the Documents tab within the profile.
- Edit the Document
- Find the document you want to remove and click Edit.
- Set the Expiry Date to a date in the past (e.g., yesterday).
- Save Changes
- Once saved, the document will be removed from the employee’s profile.
