đ How to Reset Your Password in S4Labour
Whether you're an employee or a manager, resetting your password is quick and easyâif you know where to go. This guide walks you through the steps for both the S4 Connect App and the S4Labour website, depending on your access level.
đ Password Requirements
When setting a new password, make sure it:
- Is at least 8 characters long
- Includes 1 uppercase letter
- Includes 1 lowercase letter
- Includes 1 number

đ± Resetting Your Password on the App (Employees Only)
â ïžÂ Important: Only employees with a valid mobile number saved in their profile can reset their password via the app. Managers (Level 2 and above) must use the website.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Open the S4 Connect App
On the login screen, tap "Forgot details". -
Enter Your Username
This may not be your email addressâcheck with your manager if unsure. -
Tap "Send"
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number. -
Enter the Code
Input the code you received via SMS. -
Tap "Verify"
Once verified, youâll be redirected to the password reset screen. -
Set Your New Password
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm it by typing it again.
- Tap "Submit" to complete the process.
â Youâll be redirected to the login screen once your password is successfully reset.

đ« What If My Mobile Number Isnât Valid?
If your profile doesnât have a valid mobile number, youâll see this error:
âIt seems like the mobile number provided isnât valid or cannot be found. Please reach out to your manager to update it for you before trying again.â
 In this case, please reset your password via the website:

Resetting the Password on the website
If you have a user profile, or an employee profile (without an associated mobile number) you can reset the password through the website.
please go to s4labour.com, enter your username in the username field and press "Forgot Password". Please note that your username does not have to be your email address and can be different.
Please note that the link is active for 1 hour after which you will need a new one.

This method is suitable for:
- Managers (Level 2+)
- Employees without a mobile number on file

- Visit s4labour.com
- Enter your username (not always your email!)
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Check your email for a reset link

đŹ Not Receiving the Reset Email?
Hereâs what to check:

Spam/Junk Folder
The email comes from a "Donotreply" address and may be flagged. -
Incorrect Username
If no email arrives, your username may be wrong.
âĄïž Ask your line manager to confirm your correct username.
đ Managers: You can find an employeeâs username under the "Summary" tab on their profile:
đ Error: "Your password has NOT been reset. The reset token was incorrect or timed out."
This usually means the "Can Login" box is unchecked in the employeeâs profile.

Ask your line manager to:
- Go to your profile
- Navigate to the "Summary" tab
- Tick the "Can Login" box
- Click "Save"
Once this is done, youâll be able to reset your password successfully.
