To process weekly Tronc for your site, you must firstly enter the rota and enter the ‘Extra Pay Workbook’ widget on the right-hand side of the screen.
From here, the manager can click on the ‘All’ tab at the top of this page and enter the total amount of tips that were collected that week. Press 'Enter', and the system will then divvy out the money from the tronc pot to each employee based on their ‘Tronc Points’ and the hours worked that week. The employees’ default tronc point will be the one that was assigned to them within the ‘Employment’ section of their employee profile. However, Tronc points can be edited within the extra pay workbook throughout the week.
