HR Tab – Employee Comments
A new feature has been made available to clients utilising HR Insights and can be accessed by Level 3 Users and above:
A new tab labelled HR will now be displayed within each of your employee’s profiles:
The HR tab is visible to Level 3 users and above. Employees and Level 2 Users will not be able to view any notes stored here.
The HR tab will display and retain any Rota Comments, i.e Notes added via the Rota, along with providing the ability to add new Employee Notes. New comments added via this tab can be categorised as ‘Positive’, ‘Negative’, ‘Lateness’, or ‘Other’ and can be edited or updated at a later point. Rota comments cannot be edited after first being saved.
Click ‘Add New’ to open the options for a new comment:
The category will default to ‘Positive’ when adding a new comment, this can be changed via the drop down. A date and a comment must be entered to allow new comments to be saved.
This section has a search functionality included to facilitate fast access to key comments:
Employee Comments, added in the above manner, can later be edited – dates, comments, and categories can all be changed however the comment cannot be entirely deleted.
