Click on the 'spanner' icon and navigate to 'Create new users.' This will open a form to enter a new user's details, including the email and password they will use to log in to S4Labour.
If the new user already exists on the system as an employee, their user access must be created with a different email address to their employee log-in.
Assign the required site(s) to the user’s access using + icons in the ‘Site’ section. Click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page to confirm a user's details and create their account.
