To change the sites a user has access to, you must have Level 5 access to the system.
The user must then navigate to the spanner icon from the toolbar at the top of the page, hover over this, select ‘View All Users’ from the drop-down menu and select ‘Edit’ next to the relevant user. You can then select or un-select the sites that you wish that user to have access to. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click the save button for these changes to take effect.
