Switching sites within the rota

To improve navigation for S4labour users that hold access to multiple sites within their organisation, we have added a new feature – The ability to switch sites from within the rota page.

Users can easily switch from one site to another, without the need to navigate away from the rota page.

A drop-down menu labelled ‘Site:’ will be visible in the top right section of the rota page. This will initially show the name of the site currently being viewed:

By clicking on this drop down, users can select from a list of all sites that have been allocated to their user profile.

How do I add or amend the sites assigned to a user?

By clicking on a site from this list, the rota page will refresh and display the newly selected site’s rota.

This feature allows user to easily, and rapidly, navigate between all of their sites; quickly accessing the key data they need.
