What's New in T&A with EVO?
- Dedicated 'Shift Sign-off' Section: T&A has its dedicated space in your rota. Located on the right, it’s labelled ‘Shift Sign off’. Need a closer look? Expand it to your main workspace with a single click.
- Daily T&A Actions: Embrace the habit of daily T&A checks, to make sure it is as accurate as possible, allowing for better control of your labour budgets. With S4labour TAPS (on mobile or tablet) T&A can be actioned on the same day. This allows managers who actually worked the shift to approve the hours worked.
- Enhanced Audit Trail: Review each employee's check-in and check-out times. Ensure complete compliance and pay only for actual hours worked.
- Comprehensive History Tab: A record of planned shifts and T&A data will always be kept in the History tab, as will a record of the manager who actioned T&A. Using the History tab to reflect and review past T&A decisions is vital to avoiding bad habits or abuse of the T&A system. Incorrectly recorded breaks and shift times can quickly have an enormous effect on a site’s ability to manage labour spend. Auditing past decisions ensures best practices are always followed.
