The Evolution of S4labour

What is Project EVO?

Project EVO is a system enhancement of S4labour that will result in a faster and more intuitive platform. This system enhancement has improved both the front and back end of S4labour to prioritise usability and speed to meet the needs of your business. 

What will change?

The back end of the system has streamlined the additional functionality that EVO will bring, and improved the calculations that have been added over the last 10 years. This will result in a faster loading speed of the system. 

The front end of the system has had quite the makeover! The rota page has been adapted to be more user-friendly with functionality such as Gantt daily views and having all your rota needs including budgets, sales, deployment graphs, weather, and employees all on one screen. 

There will also be additional functionality available, such as Enhanced Multi-Site Transfers that you will be able to discuss with your account manager, as well as a range of other improvements we have added

The rest of the S4labour system will remain the same and you will be able to use this exactly as you used to.

When will it change?

The Project EVO rollout has begun!!!

What do I need to do?

Until your account manager has contacted you then I would suggest trying to remain calm 😉. When your account manager gets in touch with you they will explain the process going forward for your business.
