While maintaining the original functionality of our holiday and absence calendars, we’ve introduced improved methods for tracking and managing absences more efficiently.

We’ve introduced a new absence widget within the main rota view.

When accessed during any particular week, it provides:

• A clear and concise view of all absences for the week
• An audit trail detailing which manager recorded the absence
• An audit trail detailing which manager approved a requested holiday
• The ability to enter an additional absence directly onto the rota and calendar at the same time

Moreover, our new Site Manager app enables on-the-go absence management from your phone. Managing absences has never been more streamlined and user-friendly.
