To update an employee’s contracted terms, please navigate to the employee icon from the toolbar at the top of the page. Hover over this and select ‘View all employees’ from the drop-down menu. Then, click into the employees’ tile and click into the ‘Employment’ tab of the employee’s profile. Scroll down to the bottom of this page and click ‘Schedule a new rate of pay or position’ to access the employees current contracted terms and make any changes.
Please also bear in mind when adding the ‘From date’ that changes will not be applied to weeks where the rota has already been closed.
