To change an employee’s contracted terms, please navigate to the employee icon from the toolbar at the top of the page and scroll down to ‘View all Employees’. Next, click into the employees’ tile, select ‘Employment’ and scroll down to the bottom of this page and click ‘Schedule a new rate of pay or position’. Here, you will be able to access the employees current pay setup, positions and contracted terms including holiday allowance.
If you wish to make any changes to the employees contracted terms, please keep the ‘From date’ in mind, as the changes will only take effect once this date has taken place.
We would usually recommend changes to be made in advance of them taking place in order to avoid any difficulties when closing rotas
