Overview of S4 Manage

What do the numbers mean on the home page?
The figures presented on the home page are information on the sales and labour costs for the selected week and the selected site as displayed.

Sales
The sales section shows:
- Actual sales (at the top)
- Budget sales, and actual sales % variance to budget
- Forecast sales, and actual sales % variance to forecast
- Last year's sales, and actual sales % variance to last year
Labour
In the labour section, managers can see their labour budget and actual labour spend, as well as the variance. If the variance is shaded in red, this indicates that more money has been spent on labour than what was forecast for. If it is shaded in green however, this shows that less money has been spent on labour than was budgeted.
