How do I add an absence or holiday in the S4 Manage app?
- Tap on ‘Absences’ from the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on the ‘Add’ button to add a new absence to access the addition
- Select the employee from the list, or search for their name.
- Select the absence type from the drop-down menu and select the days that this holiday will apply to.
- Save the holiday by tapping ‘Add Absence’. The newly added holiday will then be visible within rotas and holiday calendars.
How do I remove absences or holiday via the S4 Manage app?
Absences can be remove by
- Navigating to the ‘Absences’ icon from bottom bar.
- Selecting the week you wish to see the absences for
- Selecting the absence or employee, which will bring up the absence edit screen
- Unselecting the day you wish to delete so that it is no longer highlighted
- Select update to save the changes
