What absences can be added via the app? How do I add them?
Absences can be added via the S4labour Ops app by clicking on ‘Absences’ from the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. Click on the ‘Plus’ sign to add a new absence, select the employee from the list, or, alternatively, search their name to find the employee quickly.
Once you have selected the employee, select the absence type from the drop-down menu and select the days that this absence will apply to. To save this absence, please click ‘Add Absence’.
How do I remove absences via the app?
Absences can be removed using the S4labour Ops app by accessing the ‘Absences’ icon from the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. Here, you can access the current week and
future 3 weeks and view any and all absences. If you wish to remove an absence, simply click on the employee, click on the day you wish to delete so that it is no longer highlighted and press update to save these changes
