How do I add Holiday on S4 Manage?
- Tap on ‘Absences’ from the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on the ‘Plus’ sign to add a new holiday, select the employee from the list, or, alternatively, search their name to find the employee quickly.
- Select the absence type from the drop-down menu and select the days that this holiday will apply to.
- The app allows Managers to record absences, including holiday, for the current week and the next 3 weeks.
- Save the holiday by tapping ‘Add Absence’. The newly added holiday will then be visible within rotas and holiday calendars.
