All changes made by employees can be viewed in the ‘Employee Detail Changes’ report. This report can be found by going to the Reports page on the system and the report is located under "Employee" section.
Please select the date you want to view the changes from and press "Load".
The Employee Detail Changes Report audits and highlights edits made to various critical data fields, including :
- Employment Details (Role, Pay Type, Rate of Pay, Leaving Date, Payroll Number, Start Date, Site Name, Site Number, Gender, Date of Birth, NI Number)
- Address (Street, Town, Country, Postcode)
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Emergency Contact (ICE)
- Banking Details (Sort Code, Account Number)
