Reports to use when processing your payroll in house

• Payroll status Report – Found in the payroll section of the reports. Tells you if the rotas have been locked for edits ‘Flag actual rota as complete’ 
• Employee Detail Changes Report – Found in the employee section of the reports. Highlights in red any changes to the database from the date you selected 
• Starters & Leavers Report – Found in the employee section of the reports. Lists your starters and leavers in the range you have selected with a finial holiday figure included.
• Accounts Reports –  Found in the payroll section of the reports. Pick which report is relevant to you, shows you details on hours worked, holiday taken, absences etc, transfers and any notes 
• Agency Report - Found in the payroll section of the reports. Allows you to match with invoices. 
• Transfers Report – Found in the payroll section of the reports. Report to show you any transfers for inter company working 
• Annual Holiday Accrual (excel) - Found in the Holiday section of the reports. Lists all of your employee holiday data for both sites. You can also see on the Annual Holiday accrual report the breakdown of holiday accrual each week.
