Why is my Budget 40%/0%

How to improve your labour costs

If your budget appears as 40% if you are on legacy version of the system as per the screenshot below:

or if your budget is set to 0% if you are on our updated user interface as per the screenshot below:

This is because no budget/financial plan has been assigned for your site, which in turn means a Financial Upload has not been completed. When no budget is present, S4Labour assigns a figure of 40%/0% as a default. 

Assigning a budget for the financial year is the responsibility on your organisation's head office. If no budget is present please contact your head office who will be able to complete the financial plan and upload it for you.
