If your organisation has an active till link, the sales data automatically comes through overnight and is made available to S4labour to be displayed on your system the following morning.
Why are the sales incorrect?
For your reference our system only displays the sales data that is been made available to us. Even though the till statement of trade or other till reports may contain the data, if it is not been sent to us or sent to us after 6am we will not be able to display it.
How to fix this?
If the sales data you are expecting to see is not visible on s4labour, please as a first point of contact to reach out to your till provider to send the data in time for when we pull the data on our end. Please do loop in our support team as well if necessary 🙂
After this is actioned our support team will able to repoll the actual sales for your site for that period of time and actual sales will then be updated.
Can I update the sales myself?
If there is sales link in place for your site, then manual sales can't be inputted for the purpose of data integrity. it means that a manager can't then amend their sales to be higher than they actually were.
