My rota figures do not match the Operations (Ops) Dashboard. Why?

The figures on your rota may not match those shown on the Ops Dashboard as it can take up to 3 hours for live figures to be loaded on the dashboard from when the changes were made. The time in brackets i.e, ‘The report was last updated’ time, refers to the last time all the figures on the dashboard were in line with all figures on the rota for each site.  

As an example, if you set your team a deadline of 10am on Monday to have all rotas up-to-date and published, by 1pm, all the figures shown on the Ops dashboard would be accurate.
