For any of our customers with the HR Insights module, we have just released a Holiday Audit which allows User Level's 3 and above to see an audit trail of any changes made to the status of employee’s holiday requests.
When viewing the ‘HR’ tab on an employee’s tile, you will now be able to see a ‘Show Holiday Audit’ button.
Users can click here to expand this and see approved and rejected current and future holidays for this employee.
A ‘Cancel’ option will also be shown next to each holiday request, which if clicked will change the status of that holiday request to ‘Cancelled’. The employee will also be able to see the ‘Cancelled’ status in their holiday requests section. The day(s) due to be taken off will also be added back to the employee’s accrual pot when this is actioned.
User’s can also click on any ID to view the retrospective holiday history with an action date, time stamp and evidence of which manager confirmed this change.
For any customers with Positional Hierarchy enabled, users will only be able to see the holiday audit for those whose tier is less than the logged-in user role tiers.
With User Area Access enabled, users will only be able to view the holiday audit for those employees whose area has been enabled under Rota and Employee view.
