- Access the ‘HR’ tab on an employee’s tile.
- Click ‘Show Holiday Audit’ to see approved and rejected current and future holidays for this employee
- Click ‘Cancel’ next to a holiday request to change the status of that holiday request to ‘Cancelled’.
- The employee will also be able to see the ‘Cancelled’ status in their holiday requests section.
- The day(s) due to be taken off will be added back to the employee’s accrual pot and the holiday will be removed from the rota or holiday calendar.
