Employees are presented with a breakdown of their current holiday position on the Connect homepage:
Employees access the holiday section using the navigation bar at the bottom of their screen:
Employees can use the tabs along the top to review:
- Upcoming: Approved Holiday for future dates
- Pending: Requested Holiday, yet to be approved
- Past: Approved and now historic Holiday
Employees can raise a new request by tapping the ‘Request’ button:
When selecting dates for holiday, please try to select only the days that you require as paid leave to avoid over-taking your holiday.
On selecting dates, the app will show you a count of any Teammates that already have holiday occupying those days:
Tap submit to raise this request for your management to review.
