I am trying to publish my rota to my employees. How do I do that?

To publish your rota for your employees to see, please click ‘Flag Forecast’ in the top right-hand corner of your rota. Once this has been pressed, the system will run checks to make sure that any salaried employees contracted terms have been fulfilled and that all employees have sufficient rest days. 

From here, the employees can either log onto their mobile app (S4 Connect) to see their scheduled shifts for this week.
