I am trying to close my rota for payroll. How do I do that?”

Once a week is complete, you can close this rota by clicking ‘Flag Actual’ in the top right-hand corner of the main rota page.  

Once this has been pressed, the system will run checks to make sure that any salaried employees contracted terms have been fulfilled and that all employees have at least 2 rest days. The system will also flag if any holiday has been taken that week that has been taken in advance of accrual – this will have to be signed off by a Level 5 user.
