Sometimes you can accidently lock a day or a particular week in the past in error.
With unlocking rotas, due to having payroll implications in terms of employee hours and labour cost, this will need to be actioned by your head office.
A level 5 user under your head office will be able to action this for you. S4 Support team is unable to open the rota on your behalf.
