Logging in to the S4 Connect App

The S4 Connect App is the place for employees to access all their relevant information, perform actions and make requests.

Logging in for the first time

1. Download the S4 Connect App from your relevant App Store/Play Store

2. Enter the email address that you received your welcome email to in the Email/Username field.

3.  Follow the screens to fill in your summary details, basic details and emergency contact info

4. Upload P45 or Starter Checklist
5. Complete RTW Documentation and upload relevant information
6. Sign your contract

Logging in having used the system before

1. Download the S4 Connect App from your relevant App Store/Play Store

2. Enter your Email/Username and click next. If you are unsure of your Username, please click Username Reminder and fill in the necessary information

3. Enter your Password and click Log In. If you are unsure of your password, please click on Forgot your details and follow the process for resetting your password 

Tip: Your device can retain your log in information for future use, save your log in details if prompted in order to ease future log in
