Tracking Your Tips in Real Time

The S4 Connect app includes real-time tips tracking, allowing employees to view their earned tips throughout the week. This feature is designed to improve transparency and help employees keep track of their tips.

Note: This feature is optional and needs to be enabled for your business. If you wish to enable please ask a level 5 user (head office/individual responsible) to contact us to turn this on.

What You Can View

1. Weekly Tips Overview

By navigating to the Rota section of S4 Connect, the employee app, employees can view a breakdown of tips earned per shift, including daily and weekly totals.

Tip: Use this view to compare earnings across different shifts and identify patterns in high-tip days.

2. Daily Earnings Breakdown

Expand the Tronc sections to see how much you've earned each day. This helps you spot the most financially rewarding shifts.

Note: Tips are typically updated after shifts have been signed off and the day has been locked by a manager.
