- Outstanding requests appear in the HR section (Found by clicking the Temple Icon to the top left)
- Managers should click ‘View’ next to the request to see key information relating to the holiday or NA request
- Clicking the calendar icon allows you to view any other holiday happening within the site. The system highlights the days related to the request in orange and other holidays impacting days within a week either side of the request in blue.
- Managers can hover over or click on any dates to view who else is off that day.
- Managers can review the current accrual position of the employee. If the holiday is in the future, the manager will need to estimate whether the employee could accrue the outstanding balance by the time the holiday takes place.
- If holiday for an hourly employee is approved ahead of accrual, and the holiday is ultimately not accrued when it takes place, a Lv. 5 User will need to authorise this as paid leave when the rota is closed for payroll.
After a manager clicks Approve, the holiday or NA is added to the rota and will appear in the calendar.
