Navigate to the Absence Widget (Found to the bottom right of the rota)
Select the employee, the absence type being added, and click the days impacted.
The widget allows holiday, or any other absence, to be added to the week currently being viewed.
Click save, and this will then add the holiday to the rota. It will also be visible on the holiday calendar and will reduce the employee’s holiday balance accordingly.
A record is kept of the User who added or modified the absence. The date and time of the change is shown on hovering over he named of the user.
