- Navigate to the Holiday Calendar (Found under the People Icon)
- Click on a date to reveal options for adding holiday.
- Select the dates, the employee, and the holiday type.
- Click ‘Add Holiday’ – this will then add the holiday to S4labour, it will be visible on the rotas impacted, and on the calendar itself.
- The colouring of dates on the calendar indicates the number of employees on holiday at this time.
- White – No Employees have holiday
- Blue – 1 Employee
- Beige – 2 Employees
- Orange – 3 or more Employees
The number of employees tied to each colour can be adjusted for your organisation on request.
- Grey – These days fall outside of the calendar month being viewed.
