Employees can remove their own holidays via the S4 Connect App.
Pending requests will show a Timer icon on their line. Approved requests will have a tick.
Tapping on a pending request allows you to adjust the details of the request or cancel the request altogether.
Tapping on an approved holiday will allow you to cancel the holiday, no amendments are possible without submitting a new request.
- Select the absence type from the drop-down menu and select the days that this holiday will apply to.
The app allows Managers to record absences, including holiday, for the current week and the next 3 weeks.
- Save the holiday by tapping ‘Add Absence’. The newly added holiday will then be visible within rotas and holiday calendars.
