How do I remove Holiday on S4 Connect?
- Employees can remove their own holidays via the Connect App.
- Pending requests will show a Timer icon on their line. Approved requests will have a tick.
- Tapping on a pending request allows you to adjust the details of the request or cancel the request altogether.
- Tapping on an approved holiday will allow you to cancel the holiday, no amendments are possible without submitting a new request.
- Select the absence type from the drop-down menu and select the days that this holiday will apply to.
- The app allows Managers to record absences, including holiday, for the current week and the next 3 weeks.
- Save the holiday by tapping ‘Add Absence’. The newly added holiday will then be visible within rotas and holiday calendars.
