Employee now takes full ownership of the data changes are approved automatically and thus streamlining the HR process for the business.
You can change your personal information, known as name, emergency contact, bank details, mobile number, address through S4 Connect App.
If you need to update your personal information on our platform, follow these simple steps:

Navigate to the "More" Section: When on S4 Connect App, go the "More" section.

Access Your Profile: Within the "More" section, click on "Profile" to open your profile.

Select the Information to Amend: Identify the section of information that you need to edit.

Edit Your Data: Once you've selected the appropriate section, you'll be directed to a new screen where you can make changes. Amend the data as necessary.

Save Your Changes: After updating the information, scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the "Update" button to confirm the changes.
- Updated data will now display in under "My Profile" section of the app.
Congratulations! Your personal data has been successfully updated.
The changes are now visible to the head office team by looking at the Employee Detail Changes Report.
