Overview of the Operations (Ops) Dashboard

Overview: 

The Operations Dashboard shows an overview of overall performance of the business as well as site by site performance, usage of the system and alerts.

Key Sections: 

1. Week Selector: 
   • Select the correct week you wish to analyse
2. Overview of sales and labour performance: 
   • Sales and labour % expected for the total of the week are indicated. Where it is midway through the week, a blend of actuals for past days and forecast for future days is used.
   • Slack, Stress and Spot On position are summarised via a sidebar
   • Budgeted, Forecasted and Last Year's sales are displayed as well as the performance of actuals versus these
   • Budgeted and Forecast labour % are displayed as well as how actual labour % has performed against these
3. Site by Site performance
   • Each site is displayed and scrolling down can access additional sites not immediately shown
   • The sales, labour %, labour cost and deployment breakdown are indicated
   • Selecting the "Switch to  Breakdown" button gives further analysis of each site's sales and labour performance
4. System Usage Health Indicator
   •  Provides detail on metrics on system usage versus best practice

5. People Section
   •  Gives indications on open requests
   • Clicking takes the user to the requests approval page
