What Is the Operations (Ops) Dashboard?
The Operations (Ops) Dashboard shows an overview of overall performance for the business, as well as site-by-site performance, how the system is being used, and key alerts.

Shows sales and labour performance for the selected week.
Uses a blend of actuals and forecast if the week is not complete.

How to Use the Operations (Ops) Dashboard
Go to the Operations Dashboard in S4labour.
Use the week selector:
Select the week you want to analyse.
Review the overview of sales and labour performance:
See the expected sales and labour % for the total week.
When you are part way through a week, a blend of actuals for past days and forecast for future days is used.
Review the summary of Slack, Stress, and Spot On positions.
View budgeted, forecast, and last year’s sales, and see how actuals are performing against these.
View budgeted and forecast labour %, and see how actual labour % is performing against these.
Choose whether to view labour by £ cost or by hours:
Use the toggle to show labour information in £ cost or hours.
Review the System Usage Health Indicator:
See metrics on system usage versus best practice.

How the Operations (Ops) Dashboard Works
For weeks that are not complete:
Actuals are used for days that have already passed.
Forecast is used for days later in the week.
The overview of sales and labour performance includes:
Expected sales and labour % for the full week.
Budgeted, forecast, and last year’s sales, with actual performance against these.
Budgeted and forecast labour %, with actual labour % performance.
Site-by-site performance includes:
Sales.
Labour %.
Labour cost.
Deployment breakdown.
A breakdown view for more detailed site analysis.
Labour information can be viewed:
By £ cost.
Or by hours.
The System Usage Health Indicator:
Shows metrics on system usage compared with best practice.
The People section:
Shows open requests.
