Overview: The usage section of the Ops Dashboard shows information around how sites are using the system vs best practices.
Clicking into each of the three sections (Planning, Management, Delivery) brings up metrics that highlight performance in these areas.
The red amber green status for each metric can be read:
- Red indicates it is being done 50% of the time or less
- Amber indicates 75% or under
- Green indicates it is being done above 75% of the time
Clicking into each of the red amber green indicators shows the breakdown for the past 4 weeks and what the average across those 4 is.
#1 Planning
Indicators of how good sites are at planning based on their system usage vs best practice

| Budget | Is there a budget loaded into the S4labour system for the week? |
| Forecast | Has a sales forecast been entered for the week? |
| Deployment | Did the planned rota deliver a spot-on % of 70-75? |
| Rota (%) | Did the planned rota deliver budget%? |
| Published | Was the weekly rota published at least 4 days in advance? |

| Revise Forecast | Was the sales forecast been revised as the week has progressed? |
| Adjust Labour | Was the future rota adjusted in line with sales as the week progressed? |
| Daily labour adjustments | Did the team adjust labour in line with sales movement? |
| Run TAPs | Has the site 'Run TAPs/T&A" within the week |
| Sign Off Rota | Was the rota signed off before 10am following the weekend? |
