A. www.S4labour.com is the platform address.
Q.What is my user name?
A.Your user name would have been set up by a level 5 user within your organisation we recommend the use of 'FirstnameSurname'. If you are trying to log into an employee account then this will just be your email address, only managers would have a name related user name.
Q.How do my employees log in?
A. When employees are added into S4labour they will automatically be sent an invitation via email inviting them to set up a password. If this email has been lost you are able to simply add in the email address into the 'username field' and hit the 'forgotten password' link, this will send a new password set up email. More can be found here

A. This could be because the rota hasn't been published, check with your manager its been flagged. Or You can log into the app as a user only, which would only show you the report icon. When a users profile is linked to an employee profile you will then be able to see your rota. Information on linking user and employees can be found here
